Kozara National Park has been conducting activities related to equipping the info centre. The info centre is situated at the entrance to the plateau of Mrakovica and it combines traditional architecture of Kozara with modern elements. The concept itself is based on basic elements of a house in Kozara such as a combination of stone and wood, steep roofs, deep eaves overhangs, etc.
Glass wall enables enjoyment of the view of Kozara forest and it represents an attraction itself. The info centre consists of two floors – ground floor and loft. The main feature of the ground floor is the exhibition room which will enable visitors to learn more about flora and fauna of the Kozara National Park. In the loft there is a hall for holding conferences, workshops and presentations.
Activities on arranging the exhibition room, dedicated to natural values of the Park, are carried out by the Faculty of Forestry, Banja Luka.
Also, in the info centre visitors will get all the information on the Kozara National Park features.
